Spacious Chalet in Old Village
Chalet la Falaise is a versatile home that equally accommodates short and longer stays. The mezzanine can serve as a kids’ playground. Updated baths stress functionality while the living space brings out homey comforts. Located away from hustle and bustle of the pedestrian village, the chalet nonetheless lies close to amenities of the nearby Old Village.
Our comfy three-bedroom home is tucked away on a country lane yet it lies within walking distance to shops and restaurants of the Old Village. Walk 200 m to a municipal bus stop or drive five minutes (4 km) to ski slopes (South Side). There is deeded access to Lake Moore. And the cottage is steps away from bike paths, nature trails, and a skating rink.
Built in 2000, our chalet features hardwoods downstairs and Mediterranean accents in the bathrooms. The 1,400 sq. ft. (130 m2) of living space are spread over two floors. The lower level accommodates a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that opens up to a living room, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. The upper level features a loft, a master bedroom, a children’s bedroom, and a full bath. Cathedral ceiling spans the two floors.
A sizable terrace is equipped with a BBQ and a table set for eight (summer only). You have access to a lockable small outdoor shed, perfect for sports equipment.
Chalet la Falaise is family-owned. Couples will enjoy their romantic getaways while enough creature comforts await up to two families.

About the owners
We are a family with a residence history on both sides of the Atlantic that spans several decades now. Our love of outdoors (hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, snowboarding or tennis) finds echoes in the gear we keep in our houses. Likewise, you’ll find our joy of cooking reflected in the richly equipped kitchens. The practical steps we took to keep our equipment handy should make your visits richer. And all three locations offer numerous indoor cultural activities year-round. So, plan your visits accordingly. We hope you’ll enjoy staying here as much as we do.
